General conditions of guarantee A.Thilman & Fils and Patima Electrocenter S.à.r.l.
Catering supplies for professional use
We allow a guarantee of 12 months for labour ant material.
In Luxemburg and if not agreed in another way the fares in case of installed catering supplies are during the guarantee time from 1 year free. Under reservation, changes depending of the manufactures. Small appliances must be brought to our workshop from the customer or be send, charges for the customer.
If for any reason, the appliance cannot be brought to us or cannot be sent, the fare cost from our technician and the transport costs have to be paid by the customer.
Electronic and household compartment, pivate use
1. We allow a guarantee of 24 months for all electronic articles. The guarantee term is depending directly from the products and the brand.
2. Under reservation, changes from the manufacturer are possible.
3. Electronic appliances must be brought to our workshop from the customer or be send, charges to the customer. If for any reason, the elctronic appliances cannot be brought to us or cannot be sent, the fare cost from our technician and the transport costs have to be paid by the customer.
4. The setting of an appliance (p.ex. TV), and installation (p.ex. car audio) are not included in our guarantee and must be paid from the customer themselves or are billed.
Final conditions.
1. Our after-sale service men are not allowed to confirm a guarantee or give other confirmation agreements to the selling.
2. Dirty, broken, dammaged and usure on appliances are not guaranteed and are charged. Worn out parts are not guaranteed and must be bought by the customer in case of need (blades, batteries, filtres...)
3. We only guarantee for appliances which have been directly bought from us.
4. Has there been an reparation, or has the appliance been opened by the customer or a third person, the guarantee is no longer valid.
5. The filled guarantee form or invoice must be shown for guarantee and must be shown to have possibility for any right to claim.
